know that ebay stated that ebay International Shipping can be combined, but it did not work for me when the international buyer accepted 2 offers that I sent. I don't know if it was because he sent 2 separate payments or not.
You can try going to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the box in front of the 4 orders, click the down-arrow, click Send Invoice. Enter the weight of the boxed items, dimensions of the box, and see if you can then send the invoice. If not, you may have to send each item separately.
