Seller sent me a ebay for $200 over the winning bid price.

I won a ebay auction, but the seller is trying to charge me $200 more than the winning price. They sent me a bill That Says' "EXTRA CHARGES" $200. What can I do about this? THANKS

Have you paid the original amount?  If not, is it still available to be paid in the correct (original) amount if you go through the pay now link in your Purchase History?
