Seller not respond.

Hi, 

What's I can do if the seller not respond? I bids an item on 17th March 2017, and I have pay for it on the same date, after few day, I saw the transaction still on pending, I try to message him/her, but not reply at all. Then I try again to message him/her, it's still the same problem.

And there is three sellers same like that case too...
