Hello,
I purchased a guitar on ebay that was shown as shipped from North Carolina and with USPS shipping. After winning auction, seller states guitar is shipped and provides a "Postal Bird" tracking number from Japan and estimated May 2023 delivery date.
Since the seller obviously lied about the shipping and delivery, I am wanting to get this reported to ebay as fraud ASAP. How do I go about reporting this with out waiting for the estimated shipping date to pass? Most ebay articles mention I should work it out with the seller, but they are not responding.
Thanks!
