Seller doesn't respond to requests for return of auto part under warranty.

I purchased a car part last December that had a 1 year warranty. The part failed, and I bought the same thing from another eBay Seller. I contacted the original Seller twice without a response. I can't click on the item to have eBay call me because it's past 90 days. Can I get advice or a number to report this company?

ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor warranties on items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller.  If you paid with Paypal, you can file a return within 180 days of the sale.  If you paid with a credit card, you can file a charge back.
