Seller cancelled my order!

I bought an item and paid thru Paypal. Several days later the seller cancelled the order with no explanation. I will get a refund from Paypal, but the item in question is still in the seller's store but at an increased price. It seems the seller gave a second thought about selling at the original price and just wants more money. Surely this is against Ebays rules. I need advice. Thanks.
