Seller Ratings

Is anyone else routinely getting threats to lose their Top Seller Status when your performance hasn't been anything but stellar?  I guess I'll have to ignore these and if my customers are happy- THAT is infinitely more important than eBay's opinion. Their new changes seem better suited to be implemented in a factory where they produce widgets. Bean counters!

@ibc220   I would not ignore the warnings.  I recommend you check your seller dashboard.  Is your tracking being uploaded on time?   Sometimes the system doesn't record it correctly even if you scan it in on time.

Do you have an defects for out of stock cancelations or refund requests where eBay had to step in?

seller dashboard:  https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard

Seller performance policy:

https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/seller-performance-policy?id=4347&st=12&pos=1&qu...

If everything looks good on your dashboard then I strongly recommend contacting customer service.

1. You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
