Seller Performance Rating at Risk... For WHAT ???

A notification reads: "Your Top Rated Seller status in the USA program is in a grace period..." 

Not a reason in sight. All other metrics on my seller's hub show 100% compliance in every area and absolutely no negative feedback ever! 

I cannot find a single hint of a reason for the notices. Has this happened to anybody else? Any clue how to address this with an actual human at eBay?

Yes, I have been advised in the past that it too, was in a grace period, for the possibility of losing my top rated status.  I believe it was for on time shipping.  To be top rated, your packages have to be scanned within your handling time, and I think I may have been close to being over 3% late shipping.  What's interesting is that I currently have 2 transactions for uploading late, and I can't get any more or I would lose my top rated seller rating during the next evaluation.
