Second return label

My item sold in Dec.  On 12/22, Buyer requested return. I sent the return USPS label on 12/22. TODAY is the deadline to issue refund but they didn’t return the item yet. Ebay auto message states Buyer posted that the item was returned, I contacted Buyer directly and they haven’t put it in the mail to return yet. They now want a new label (original label no longer available in system). IS THERE A WAY TO SEND NEW USPS LABEL THROUGH EBAY? It’s been 30 days and they didn’t follow through on the  end of the return within 30 days. I am concerned about bad review even though it’s a problem on their end....
