i bought an item that required shipping, the sellers shipping was **bleep** rather then a honest shipping price, i asked the sekker to charge me the tire only and i would arrange shipping from my side so i can save a little since i also wanted to get another 2 items and pile it on a pallet for shippin all at once , well he never replied and open a payment case thru ebay, ,, the case closed and no reply from the seller,. now i get a strike on my account for no payment from the. WHAT CAN I DO TO REMOVE THAT STRIKE FROM THAT SELLER????
