I paid $32 for 12 aquarium snails and received only ONE very small snail. I cannot return what I do not have. The package included one-one oz container with paper towel inside. When I opened the paper towel, there was only ONE snail. A magnifying glass revealed no other snails. I left the paper towel in the aquarium hoping something would appear.  PLEASE warn buyers against this seller. I will not use eBay again.

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing items/parts. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund, or send the missing items. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
