I purchased and received an item that is too big for my Keurig Classic coffee maker, it is a reusable pod but it's the wrong size.  It does not show up in my history as receiving it therefore I can't make a return since everything is based on the item in my history.  What do I do?

You will need to ask CS for help, if you are sure you did not order the item as a guest. If that might be a possibility, try this link after signing out of your account -
