Return procedure

The item is unusable. I want a refund. The seller does not accept returns. The eBay procedures all lead to return.  How do I get the refund without a return?

You cannot get a refund without returning the item (unless the seller lets you do so).

You have eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Open a return request for the item citing: “significantly not as described.”

The seller will either require you to return the item (at seller’s expense), or will issue a refund letting you keep the item.

If seller requires return, do so with the provided label. Upon receipt of the return, seller will have two days to issue refund.
