Restrictions on buying bb guns if u live in certain states

I think its a shame that u can't buy a bb gun from here if u live in Virginia when its perfectly legal to own one if your even a fellon in Virginia . Its pretty evident they don't no the gun laws  in a lot of these states that they have put restrictions on in here. But of course I can go straight on Amazon or anywhere else online and buy the same BBC guns no problem or just walk straight in the store and get one no problem . That's OK I have bought thousands of dollars of stuff from eBay in the past but I think I will really think twice before I spend another dollar in here again that's just plain stupid !!

It's also legal to purchase alcohol and cigarettes in all states ... yet you can't purchase those on eBay either.  OR Amazon.

Please feel free to buy your BB stuff wherever you choose.  I 'think it's a shame' you feel you have to make a big production about your future buying.  Happy New Years anyway!  😉
