Restricted account

I came across someone on Facebook who tried to scam my son out of money on an ebike.  I found his profile on eBay and tried to report.  It shows my account is restricted since 2021 due to a 2021 balance of 4.35.  I updated my payment info.  The past 3 years I have bought and sold with eBay without any problem.   I can’t seem to reach anyone and continue to get put through the information loop, follow instructions and find myself back here.  Any ideas?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page.   Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.  After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
