Reopen case

I closed a case after the seller told me they would ship out the item that day. It never shipped, and was ordered almost a month ago. I can't reach an agent. How do I reopen a case or get help from E Bay?

Reopen case

You can not reopen the claim, and you can not open a new one.

 

If you paid through a paypal account, open a not received dispute there.

 

If you paid directly with a credit card, call you card issuer and ask them to open a not received dispute for you.
