Where do you get a return label for a customer? I tried the Help page but it just loops back to the area where you need to get one from a carrier. Isn't there one you can purchase like a shipping label?

The best thing to do is ask the buyer to open a return request, so you keep everything through the system.  They have to select not as described, or else they will be expected to pay for the label, unless you offer free returns.

If you really want to work outside of the system, you can buy a label at paypal and print it to a pdf file.  Then you have to ask the buyer for their email address so you can send it to them.
