recieved an item from a chinese company... it was not anything like i ordered,,,, filed complaint with paypal, for the item being "not as described" which is one of their requirements to get a refund,,, and they decided in favor of the seller,,, go figure,,, i wonder if the paypal person could read english...

Did you 'escalate' the dispute in PayPal 7 days after you filed it? PayPal disputes 'time out' after 20 days if the buyer doesn't escalate it. [PayPal doesn't know whether you worked out the problem with the seller after opening the case unless you escalate it.]
Reading English is a requirement for working for PayPal ... AND reading the instructions on how to open a dispute is a requirement for getting a refund. Just sayin'. 😉
