Transfer item listing from one account to another

I have two accounts.  I wrote up the item in one account as a draft but I would like to transfer it to another account I have.  How do I do this?

You can copy/paste from one account to the other with two tabs open.

Or you can list the item in the wee hours of the morning, then use your other account to log in, locate that listing, and use the option to "List one like this".  Then the original account ENDs the listing.
