Seller unable to accept payment - Buyer gets unpaid item strike.

   Buyers should not get unpaid item strike when the seller is unable to accept payment and refuses other payment options.  

Notice you can only contact eBay C.S. after the strike is recorded, not during the case.  

eBay needs to remedy yet another bias against buyers.

Yes, after the Unpaid Item Strike is issued, you can call eBay and the customer service rep can confirm that payment was Unclaimed and remove the strike.
