I filed several cases against a buyer but then they paid for most of the items. I closed the unpaid item cases for the items they paid for with no problems, but I do not see any way to close the cases for the items they did not pay for without either giving them strikes on their account or having to pay the Final Value fees. I do not want to give them unpaid item strikes as they did pay for most of the items and I agreed with them to send through Requests for Mutual Cancellations for the items they did not wish to purchase, but that does not seem to be an option now. Someone please help. Many Thanks.
You had to "Close" unpaid item cases that the buyer "Paid???" Have you looked in PayPal to make sure the money is there?
Once unpaid item cases are open, you can't close them and decide to cancel the transactions instead. The buyer should have contacted you before it got to that point and you could have easily canceled the transactions by using the reason: "Buyer Requested..."
