How do you find your state sales sum due wihtout having to fo through all your sales records one by one ;  due for your sales you sold in your state?

Go to your paypal account. Click on History tab. Then detailed transactions. Set the date filter and download the csv file. Open th file in a spreadsheet and sort the sales tax column. that will bring all items you owe tax on to the top. Use the =SUM function to add the column.
