Buyer never bought, but i still had to pay final value fee??

Hey all,

I thought I wouldn't be charged any fee if an auction did not go through. For example, someone bid, won, but never paid. So why does invoice still charge me 10%? I thought its supposed to be reversed? 

Thoughts?

No, it won't be reversed until you take action.
