Good morning. I've been having trouble pulling up my Purchase History. Been going on for over a week, and have no idea how to get up with ebay. None of the "choices" include this category. I get the message to try again. Anyone have any ideas?

How are you viewing your Purchase History?
If you are using the eBay app, try using a browser instead to view your Purchase History.
If you are using a desktop browser, try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page.
If you are using a mobile browser, try a different browser mode -- mobile, classic or desktop.
Try a different browser to rule out browser issues.
Try using a different link. Try viewing your orders on your Summary page.
Try viewing your Purchase History on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to rule out site issues.
