Hi,
I have a lot of laptops I'm selling to raise money for my school. They are school surplus and most of them work, running Windows 10 and very good processors. I want to sell them "Untested, As Is, No Returns. Basically I'm saying untested when actually I did test them but I don't want to deal with returns. If a bidder messages me and I tell them that yes, they do work but I don't want the hassle of returns can I get in trouble? I hope this makes sense. Thanks.

There is no such thing as "As Is" on ebay. If the buyer states the item is Not as Described, ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps any No Returns policy. I would suggest using the option for PARTS ONLY when you list those laptops.
