I ordered a kit from a seller, the kit arrived in a timely manner but one of the 4 pieces did not the proper markings on it to line up with the other 3 pieces.
I have contacted the seller, via eBay to return the kit or the one piece that is not to specification and was told it was not there part and suggested I fix it myself.
I replied with a detailed email with images of the kit, the item number, order number, eBay invoice and box the kit came in. I have yet to get a second reply.
The seller I bought form s a well known distributor and I am really surprised at their first response and lack of a second response.
