One-time payment for eBay fees web page

Do you think that we will ever see a web page for one-payments for eBay fees that works??????   I have contacted eBay a number of times about this and have not seen any correction.  I have also suggested to them a number of times to just put the older page back that has worked for many years without any problems.  The new one does not work (the gray bar that we need to click on to make the payment does not work).  Any suggestions as to how we can get eBay to get off their duffs and correct this?
