New Payment Procedures

I'm just wondering if everyone is as frustrated as me with this new payment program? Shipping items before I can actually see any money in my bank account seems risky.  I always used the payment made on items to pay for my free shipping.  Now I've spent my money on shipping before I've received a dime of that payment from eBay. My first thought was so long eBay and after selling a few items I am again thinking that might be my best bet. The thought of dealing with FB Marketplace is not very encouraging and Amazon is a nightmare from what I understand. 

Any input or suggestions are greatly appreciated here!
