According to I have ordered a Moncler raccoon hat from this seller, she sent me the wrong item.
So I asked for return, and she accepted.
So I shipped the hat back on 11th November from Thailand via Thailandpost, but the item doesn't arrive yet.
But for now, the seller opened seller protection, and ebay made final decision that the refund won't be issued to me.
I paid 600 USD for the hat but I only got a purple knit hat.
I called ebay staff for help today, and he told me to wait the hat to arrive to the seller, then they will give my money back.
Is that correct?
What should I do?
I didn't know that I had to wait for shipping label from ebay, so I paid my own expense for the shipping cost as soon as possible.
But maybe during holidays season, the usps still doesn't deliver the item to the seller
Please help, I don't want to lose 600 USd
