My HORRIBLE experience with this seller!

As you can see I have given this seller I have emailed the seller (4) time, with no response. I want to share (3) links which are videos of the the "collectable" dinosaur not working as it should. I also included a 4th link to show the sellers full description of the dinosaur that leave one to feel that you are buying an amazing item.

I have attached (3) links, each one a videos showing the malfunction of the continuous roaring of the dinosaur. (Which could possibly be a wiring issue of some sort). You have to literally remove the battery to get it to stop roaring. You know the dinosaur is supposed to roar 3-4 times and then it is supposed to stop and then you squeeze it and it will roar 3-4 times again and then stop. I have also attached your very own full description of the dinosaur. You mention that you will be shipping the item without a battery. At this point, I believe that you knew it was broken and obviously could not ship the dinosaur continuously roaring. I also feel you thought your “no return” was going to gain him my $93.84 and rid yourself from a broken item in your inventory. Thus, your failure to put forth any effort to respond to my emails. I have NEVER experienced this with a seller on eBay. 

In final, I was not originally concerned about the your "no return", because your description spoke so highly of the dinosaur. Again, I have never had an eBay seller sell me a broken item.

 No need for any of the energy put into videos and multiple messages to the seller. 

Before time runs out (you have only 30 days) go through eBay’s money back guarantee and get your refund. 
No returns doesn’t mean no refunds.

You are able to apply for a refund whenever an item doesn’t function ‘as described’ … regardless of a seller’s return policy.  [Seller will cover the return shipping.]  Here’s what to do:

 

File a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History … choosing ‘item doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.

 

If the seller doesn’t provide either a prepaid shipping label or a full refund within three business days … then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in.  eBay will do the rest.

Hey there, I appreciate you responding.

I have already opened a case with eBay. My only fear is that I am receiving contradicting statements in emails sent by two eBay representatives on my case. One is telling me the seller has 30 days to respond to my email, and one is telling me that the seller has three days to respond. 
I am trying to keep up on this daily and go through every avenue. I just hope I don’t end up on the short side of the stick. $93.84 is a lot of money to receive a broken item. I am so disappointed!

It’s 3 days.  The 30 must have been a typo.
