Lowering my selling price

I have a tote bag up for bid it keeps relisting . I want to lower the price how do I do it?

Go to

Seller Hub > Listings > Active

Locate the item.  Click on EDIT and then scroll down to the price and change it.  Scroll to the bottom, submit the listing.
