Had yet another new issue. I offer local pickup as an option on most auctions. About one out of 50 pickup and it saves the buyer a few bucks.

Get this:

My auction offers two options:

1. Priority small flat rate box

2. Local pickup

eBay Result: Local pick up offered - show no other options

eBay explanation: my dimensions are 7x4x4 for the small flat rate box so the system (which populated that dimension) cannot calculator the flat rate box option and eBay can it’s correct this. Wow. First their system inputs the wrong dimension and then it shows no error to the seller. 

Come on eBay - develop some decent software or perhaps test the software with real users
