Item received broken

I purchased a collectible action figure recently. It was quite expensive; Conan the Barbarian - Neca. When it arrived, his right hand was missing. It was at the bottom of the package. Sometime between the seller taking photos and it getting delivered, his hand fell off. Seller suggests I make a claim with the postal service. What should I do here?

The seller files the claim with the PO - you get your refund now, or upon return if he wants you to ship it before the claim is settled. He should refund you now and ask you to hold the item and package for inspection.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Under reason for return, select does not match the description - damaged, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.  If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
