Item has never arrived and can’t contact the seller due to Ebays Sneaker Authentication policy

I’ve recently purchased some sneakers and its been passed the date of delivery and haven’t even been shipped. I’ve been trying to get some support from ebay but they just love sending back to the Ebay help page with anything i try to do. I can’t even contact the seller due to sneaker authentication system not letting you be able to contact the seller so I’m stuck and can’t even get a refund from how ignorant ebay is

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.


The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund.  If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
