Did you mean:

Is this reason for a return justified? Is my warning not clear enough?

So I sold this item

http://www.ebay.com/itm/222004356338?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1559.l2649

7" Neca Superman

The buyer wants a full refund because they said the leg fell off as soon as they started to unwrap the wire holding the figure to the plastic tray in the box... and they said my warning isn't clear enough that it's fragile when I mentioned this in the bid-

"BRAND NEW.   NIB.   NEW IN BOX.  *the box is in very good shape but isn't mint*

  • *SOME BATCHES OF NECA FIGURES ARE KNOWN TO HAVE STIFF JOINTS. COLLECTORS ADVICE IS USING A BLOW DRYER FOR A FEW MINUTES OR DIPPING THE FIGURE IN WARM WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES TO MAKE THE JOINTS LESS STIFF.*

So is the return justified?   I never opened the box.    These are known to be fragile.   Neca is known for that.     What's up?   They can glue the leg back on, but it won't be poseable enough, so it's not good enough....

I contacted Neca on twitter and emailed the WBStore where I bought this from...
