Is anyone having problems with promoted listings?

My promoted listings aren't working properly and I wanted to see if anyone else was having problems today. My issue is my dashboard isn't showing my promoted listings properly.  When I go into an actual listing and scroll down to promote section, it shows its promoted.  I added some new listings today and when I look at them on my dashboard they show eligible to promote, but when I click on it I get an error message.  if I click on them and go in to edit and scroll down to the promote section it shows they are promoted. Just odd I guess. I was curious to see if anyone else was running into this.
