Is Anyone getting "Warning - Offers to sell outside of eBay" emails for no reason? Or is it just me.

Today I have a warning that I am mystified by.  This is my 19th year on eBay, I have been here since the good ole days, I know all the dirt, I have been left as a water boy more times than I can countk, I have paid every single month and I know the rules.    Never have I been sent something like this, it is insulting and rediculous.    The pay up thing or lose your account a week before it;s due is already sad enough, the fee increases are outragious, The Pay Pal split thing was not even explained and now weird wild accusations becuase of?   no clue.
