Bought a medal advertised as silver but it is bronze.

Seller is responsible for return shipping.

Seller has accepted my request for return.

What to do when they can't or won't print a return shipping label?

I tried to tell them that if they send me money via paypal I will print a shipping label. No response.

What should I do?
