I'm being audited by the State of OK. How do I prove if sales taxes were charged by Ebay or not?

Run transaction reports.  Here for managed payments - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report. For older payments through paypal, go there and run an activity report.

Both reports will show the sales tax collected.  eBay started collecting OK sales tax 7/1/19.
