I am sooooo tired of running into crooked sellers on Ebay.

I bid or straight away pay immediately but the seller don't ship as promised or increase shipping after I've paid.  It's crazy.  These sellers are long time sellers on Ebay with seemingly good ratings.  Then with Paypal I have to pay 10% or minimum $10. to refund my credit card after the case is settled in my favor.  Ebay needs to step up and do something about these sellers.
