Hurricane Harvey issues

Hello.did anyone have issues and lose everything during the hurricane.i had a total loss.and I put on my vacation settings..I guess I just didn't extend them as long as I thought it was going to take to get into a new home..I'm just now in a house,we have been in a hotel during this time.in which only until recently did they get internet service back up.every other company waved bills.etc..but now I'm restricted from listing, and have not had the money to pay fees.does anyone know if they helped anyone during this time? thanks in advance for any help!
