I am trying to sell something on eBay but was asked to verify my identity. I can’t remember what it asked me (it was a few weeks ago) but then I got a screen saying “We are unable to verify your identity.” To learn more you can contact us. I click on the Contact Us link and it says “Something went wrong. We’re sorry.”
This is still happening weeks later. It’s impossible to find an actual email address for support on eBay. So what do I do now? Can I never sell something again?
