How to get paid

Hello, I sold an item, Ebay printed a shipping label to be delivered by USPS but I sent the item through UPS.  So the tracking number shows as USPS not UPS.     How do I document the UPS tracking number so I can get paid?   Please if someone can help me with this.     Selling on EBay is getting harder and more difficult.

eBay didn't print the shipping label, you purchased the label and eBay posted the tracking # for the label you purchased.

Here's what to do...

Click the Edit link adjacent to the displayed tracking # to add the UPS tracking.

You'll want to void the USPS label to get your money back if there is still time.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
