How to collect Insurance when item shipped through eBay shipping and is lost in USPS mail?

I shipped an item to a Buyer using eBay Shipping - and selected USPS ground - and it appears to be lost in the USPS system. Tracing initially showed it bounding between Dallas to Coppell, Tx, and it was addressed to CA. No tracking shows now. When Buying the shipping label, it showed it has $100 insurance value.  Is this USPS insurance or eBay shipping insurance. How do I collect?

Click on the tracking number in your Orders > Paid & shipped

That will take you to USPS.COM.  Look for the link to file an insurance claim for a lost package.  USPS doesn't consider a package "lost" until 3 weeks have passed.
