The item they sold was not the right color as advertised online. I asked for an exchange but they didn't respond. After 5 days of waiting, I asked to return the item, they only returned me 20% of the price I paid and incurred shipping fees, which is very unfair to the buyer. Because they sell the wrong goods, refuse to settle and push the damage towards the buyer. I want Ebay to help me get my returns, get back 100% of what I paid and the seller has to pay for shipping because I already paid for shipping when I bought.

If you filed a "not as described" return with eBay, the seller should have provided a prepaid label or paid for shipping and refunded you once tracking showed delivery. If not, you should have been able to ask eBay to step in after three business days.
