How do I send a pre-paid return label to a buyer?

I accidentally sent an extra item to someone (that I sold to another buyer). I want to send a pre-paid label to the buyer that they can just print cost free to return my item. How can I do this?

There used to be a way I knew, but that way no longer exists.
