Has anyone dealt with a buyer Shop Airlines (largedistant1221)?

As a fairly new eBay seller, has anyone dealt with this buyer "Shop Airlines" are they a "good buyer," any comments would be helpful to me? My research shows they've received complaints from the Better Business Bureau in Redondo Beach, California.

There are a buyer for overseas buyers mainly Japan. 

There is nothing wrong with dealing with them .

It seams only people who are mad make reports online.
