I've tried on multiple devices (windows 10, Apple Mac, android) and it gives me this dns error. Why did ebay allow me to list an item if my card was expired? I've tried troubleshooting multiple different ways with no success. I believe this is a problem on ebays end. This pmtapp.ebay thing.
Buyer tells me that they aren't able to pay and that it's my fault they aren't able to pay and that they'll get a canceled for nonpayment on their record.
Try editing that page address so it points to pmtapp.ebay.com/ instead of pmtapp.ebay/.
