File Exchange error: Actions are not matching with the header

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to upload a .csv file using File Exchange but everytime I submit one, it comes up with the error: "Actions are not macthing with the header." I have made sure that the .csv is in Windows Separated Comma format and that all columns are in the correct cell format.

Very occasionally I will get to another screen that tells me I have already submitted a file with the same name and to re-upload and confirm that I want this file to be uploaded. When I do that I am then redirected back to the original error.

In the "view upload results" page there are no results showing - successful OR unsuccessful?! And I have not received any emails to confirm uploads or errors which is also confusing! All my details are correct and yet nothing is showing up. Does anyone have any other ideas as I have looked at other tickets with similar problems but still no luck?
