Fee paied two times?

I have a question. I am a first time seller so I am not very familliar with this.

I sold an item for £250, but I received £246.16 on my Paypal account. I assumed that's an ebay fee for selling the item, but today I got a message from ebay saying that I need to make a payment of £24.59 as soon as possible which is final value fee.

Does anyone know why was £8.87 deducted originaly £250 and what fee is that? When I log into my paypal account and check the details for that transaction, it only says "fee".
